Concealed Security Cameras for Two New Homes in Markham

Two new Markham homes, two camera installs with no messy cable: three siren-and-strobe cameras in September 2026 and 4K siren-and-strobe cameras in December 2025, with wiring concealed or tucked into corners, and the house vacuumed clean before we left.

Property: Two newly built detached homes, Markham
Completed: December 2025 and September 2026
Services: Security camera installation, concealed wiring
Installed: Siren-and-strobe cameras, including 4K models

Markham is home base for us, and a lot of our calls come from people who have just picked up the keys to a new house. These two jobs are typical of what new-home owners ask for: cameras that cover the property without spoiling brand-new finishes.

Home 1: three cameras, nothing left behind (September 2026)

The owners had just moved in and wanted three cameras with a built-in siren and strobe. Their worry was the same one we hear on almost every new build: they didn’t want cables stapled across fresh siding and brick.

We ran the cable concealed wherever the structure allowed. Where a short exposed section couldn’t be avoided, we kept it tight in the wall corner, where it disappears against the trim instead of crossing an open wall.

When the cameras were up, we vacuumed the walls and floors before leaving. Drilling makes dust, and nobody wants to clean up after the installer in a house they just moved into.

Home 2: 4K siren-and-strobe cameras (December 2025)

A second new build in Markham, fitted with 4K cameras that also have a built-in siren and strobe. We placed them to cover the front entry, the sides of the house and the approach along the brick, mounting on the soffit or the wall depending on what gave the cleanest view and the shortest hidden cable path.

Why siren and strobe on a home camera

A recording tells you what happened after the fact. A camera that detects a person and reacts with light and sound can interrupt it. We recommend setting detection to people and vehicles rather than any movement, so passing cars, swaying trees and the neighbour’s cat don’t set the siren off at 2 a.m.
