Commercial insurers often won’t bind or renew a policy until the alarm meets their standard. The requirement usually arrives as a line in a renewal letter, with a deadline attached. Send it to us, and we’ll design one system that covers the alarm, cameras and doors, and get it monitored and documented in time.

Monitoring and Certificates
We connect commercial alarms to Global Link Response Centre, the ULC-certified monitoring centre we work with, for $40 a month. Once monitoring is active, we provide the insurance certificate your broker needs. Some policies specifically ask for a ULC alarm certificate; if yours does, send us the exact wording and we’ll confirm what can be issued before you commit.
